This Thursday, we gathered at Carico Headquarters. An inner journey to our physical and energetic core was guided by Michelle Maniaci. The journey began with Divine diaphragm breaths, sensual yoga and belly dance moves, and ending in chanting "NARASHIMHA TA VA DA SO HUM" and meditation. The room was filled with loving energy, and new faces. We celebrated Nichole Ruiz's pre-birthday and also did special rituals for pre-conception and wishing pregnant goddesses well on their journeys to motherhood. Thanks to all for sharing and Nora Farinas for offering the beautiful space. I got to rock the house with my beautiful Solar Plexus Chakra Tee by Ajna Designs. I also was very excited to connect with Goddess Michelle Rui, who has created Gritty Girls to empower young women.
